Stopped in here for a haircut last Wednesday on our travels. It’s a walk-in no booking salon, so naturally I was prepared to have to wait awhile. Although the place was very busy, the wait was not too long. Staff were very friendly and the owner of the salon cut my hair. We talked about the challenges of running a small business, especially overhead costs and the expectation of some to still be able to get a haircut for $30. They’re dreaming. I thought $50 for my cut was very reasonable. Can recommend this place for all those travelling through AS and who want a fair priced haircut - at prices much lower than in our big cities.

Very happy with my 1st time of cut, wash & dry here. The hairdresser Alice did a great job with my ultra straight, strong hair. She listened and offered suggestions and I am very happy with the result. The chair at the wash station also vibrates for a few mins of massage. I'll come back for sure.
